Area residents sparred with Clark County commissioners on Wednesday after they refused to stop funding Planned Parenthood, an organization the group compared to ISIS and Nazis. The organization said it receives funding because it’s the trusted experts in women’s health. The residents led by Greg Rice of South Charleston spoke during a commission meeting that at times grew contentious.
